Beginning November 30, you can tune in for our five-week series on The Five Principles, written by Rev. Ellen Debenport.

Here's the schedule for the upcoming series:

November 30 - The Five Principles: It's All God
God is all there is, One Presence and One Power. But does tha tmean even the bad stuff is God?

December 7 - The Five Principles: You Are God
We are expressions of God on earth and inherently good. Then why do so many humans behave badly?

December 14 - The Five Principles: You Create Your Own Reality
Now that we know we're diving beings living on earth, we explore how to handle all that power! We get to create our experience with our thoughts and feelings, knowing that whatever we focus on will expand. It’s a big responsibility!

December 21 - The Five Principles: Aligning Through Prayer
The fourth of Unity’s Five Principles is about prayer and meditation. It’s one of the ways we remain aware of our oneness with Source or Spirit. But what most people consider prayer is just elaborate worrying.

December 28 - The Five Principles: Living the Truth
Principle Five moves us into action, taking what we know about spiritual principle and using it in our lives. But notice that action is the last move we make, after a lot of effort to line up our energy with our good. And even then, we wait for inspiration.

Good evening, Rev. Ellen and Laura. I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for so graciously welcoming my comments on your show this afternoon. As I stated earlier, I truly believe the Unity movement is a blessing to and through the planet. God bless--absolutely. Namaste.

I love your show. I listen to it each week after the show via podcast. I love the blend of Unity w/ SOM and that's exactly where I am. I'm a Unity person who has drifter over to SOM and am now a 2nd year student. For me, your show is a perfect blend of living in principle and metaphysics. Much love to you and Laura - John

I love the discussion on here for it brings forth great questions of truth and questions & challenges of the law of attraction.

Thanks for that explanations, I just started reading The Science of Mind & really enjoy it so far. I have been away for a little while chasing that little four legged angel you see with me in my picture!

Desiree - Glad you're back! The Science of Mind is what Unity calls the Law of Mind Action, or more recently, the Law of Attraction. It's a term coined by Ernest Holmes, who founded the Religious Science church about 40 years after Unity was founded. They are both under the New Thought umbrella and are very similar. Religious Science -- which recently changed its name to Centers for Spiritual Living -- tends to focus more on the law and does not consider itself Christian. Unity has the law but also the Bible, Jesus as a way-shower and is still Christian, at least officially.

What does the Unity community think of The Science of Mind?

Thanks Christopher! I think Unity FM is as good as Oprah XM, too. In fact, Laura and I think our conversations are much more interesting than Oprah and Gayle's. :) Your show in another great one. Loved the one on Obama as the anti-Christ.

Laura and Ellen:

While Laura had been away in Europe (and now I am readying to take two out of state trips in August) we have not had the opportunity to do much radio ourselves and won't until September. So... in the meantime... I have been catching up on a few Unity.FM shows and I have to say how incredibly fortunate I feel to be working on a network with the likes of you, Mindy Audlin and many others. I am entertained, informed and uplifted by your very candid, very forthright radio show. Ellen, your recent discussion about "Everything Always Gets Better" was so honest and so real that it just had a very tangible impact on my life. And, of course, I really like the juxtaposition and banter between you and Laura. Entertaining and provocative!

So, I am getting some good listening in as I use my i-pod walking my chocolate lab in the woods every morning. I am so grateful for the I-Tunes download because now I can listen in the car, on my walks and away from the computer (even if it means I miss the live broadcast). There are so many professional and uplifting shows like yous on Unity.FM that I readily anticipate the day when we will have the network carried on satellite radio. I listen to Oprah's network on XM satellite and I have to say Unity.FM is very, very close in both professional appeal and effectiveness.

Long story short... keep up the good work! I hold positive visions for all of us at Unity.FM.

Christopher
