"Jane Vixen"...aka...Barbara Johnson...is a singer, songwriter, musician (guitar, harmonica, bass, and now learning the piano "WOW" ) of original ... Blues/Jazz/Folk/Pop/Rock/Positive-Inspirational, and Peace-Consciousness music. Her new record is in its beginning stages of the recording process. With several new compositions including the song "Leap of Faith" inspired by her dear friend with that "Golden Voice"...Bukeka Newby Shoals & her favorite Unity Minister Rev Patricia Bass during the 2008 Easter service. Jane's upcoming CD and the title track of her debut album ....” Touch the Sky"... has been dedicated in the memory of her dear mother (Ursula Rose- As she made her peaceful transition in December 1999, and her Native American brother's & sister's.) This record is filled with inspirational messages of hope, faith, love, joy, creativity, transition, healing, rebirth, self-reflection, inspiration, prosperity, humility, forgiveness, compassion, peace, generosity, beauty, and soul!

The Drepung Gomang Monks and my "personal experience"!

The Drepung Gomang Monks are visting from Drepung Monastery, founded in 1416 near Lhasa, the capital of Tibet. In 1959, before the invasion of Communist China, Drepung monastery had more than 10,000 monks. In 1969, 62 of the ssurviving Gomang monks were given 42 acres of land in Mundgod, south India.
