I am a licensed counselor, and am currently out of a job myself. I have been through many losses myself in the last few years; losing one son due to drug addiction and bipolar disorder 3 years ago; and having another son in court-ordered drug treatment currently. I do not have a husband either. We are separated, and have been for 5 years; after being together over 30 years. Knowing that I will always love him, but that he is not ready to really let us share an authentic life of true intimacy, has made it difficult for me to move on with my life without him.
I am frustrated with myself that I am "stuck" right now, knowing that I have been so blessed to be on a spiritual path for most of my life.
Don't know why I am telling you all this!! Just wanted to say Hi! And may God heal your pain!
