Do you attend a Unity Church? If so, which one??

Right now, Unity is in my heart. I take most Sunday mornings in a coffee house, overlooking a lake. My husband and I use this time as our writing time. I served in church ministry for fourteen years. Loved most minutes of it - then came to teach at Unity Institute, Unity Village.

About Me:

My work: I teach leadership and administration of a ministry at Unity Institute.
My joy: music. I play piano, guitar, balalaika, and I sing. I want to learn to play the drums.
I have three cats who are my buddies - Tiger & Shakespeare & Snowie, my mother's cat. Mom made her transition at the end of May.
I'm a minister and I'm working on a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from NCU.edu an online accredited school. I love it.
I'm excited about dancing my own dance.
I have a husband who is my best friend, ever.

My husband is a writer of fiction and poetry. He's also a computer programmer. Right and left brained. I think he's cute too. The cats are Tiger and Shakespeare. Tiger joined us on the hottest summer day and Shakey joined us on the coldest winter day. I should have called them Hot and Cold. :-)

Believe it or not, the video game "Rock Band" comes with a 'guitar', microphone, and drum-pad set. While the game is fun, it teaches you nothing about the guitar, and little of singing, but I've noticed in my daughter that it really does give you quick, rudementary skills in a drum set. (I'm an amatuer drummer.) Could be a fun way for you to learn. Just get a 10 year old to set it up on your TV for you :)
