- Dale; Your show, problems need solutions, and, well, I could comment so much. Especially "create your own reality." It is clarified when you share intimately with your Alaska experience because I also have well intentioned friends advising me to chose happy thoughts. I know this pain and confusion is burning something off, old thoughts, old beliefs, and for your listeners, our one hour byron katie session involving "The Work" was tremendously healing. - Thanks Kenny for the the posts and the email you sent too. I haven't had much time to write lately. Have a friend in town until Sunday who wants a lot of my time. Glad to give it but has kept me busy. No new program this week because of the offices closed for Thanksgiving. They're rebroadcasting the program I did on "The Dark Night of the Soul".
Wonderful poem. So glad and grateful to see and hear you connecting with your being.

- An inner shift is taking place today, right here, right now. Today old compulsivities have been lifted. Today a ray of light is breaking through the surface. This ray of light is dissolving old beliefs. The body can no longer resist this process, and a catapiller has entered a cocoon and turned to mush. All the other catapillers on the ground have sent out search parties for their friend Kenny the Catapiller. The new earth has sent angels each day in the form of butterfly's who come down to the cocoon and provide encouragement and support. They remember what it feels like to be in the transition. Its a blessing, this new world, to have this opportunity to shift from unconsciousness to consciousness. All catapillers will become butterfly's, The force of evolution is unstoppable. Its a blessing to be able to enter this process today, here and now.
WINTER OF CHANGE
Life on a quest, a curious mind - Unclear and uncertain, seeking to find
Exploring new thoughts, talents and skills - Accomplishing goals, exciting new thrills
Societal goals, contentional voice - I’ve given you will and freedom of choice
Finding new roads, paths to explore - Black and white life, There has to be more
Continue with dream, pride and self will - Ambition with talents, accumulate skill
Degrees and careers, create and design - Polished veneer appearing to shine
Storm clouds arrive, the first drop of rain - Striving now harder, experience strain
Rain shower now, foundation too weak - footings erode as flood waters peak
Darkness of night, no sign of dawn - Layer of snow, accomplishments gone
Grieving a loss, anger and guilt Will - I recapture the life I had built
Painfully still, confusion and shock - Flooding subsides removing a block
Inside the dark, new fears increase - Ironically bringing a glimmer of peace
Above in a tree, I hear a new sound - Song from a bird, music profound
Open my eyes, a ray from the sky - Birds all around, beginning to fly
Spring has arrived melting all snow - Creating new life with natural flow
Vision restored, now I can see - Colors appear as I walk free
Carried by grace, knowledge mature - Wisdom and purpose today I am sure

BECOMING

My ears perked up this afternoon when you said "We were taught to 'become.'" Boy, I don't feel quite so alone now; and here I thought I was the only one who's accomplishments had failed to fill the hole inside. Sounds trite but shifting the words from "becoming" to "being" has made a huge impact.
