Acupuncture for Veterans

A federal business opportunity presented itself in December 2008. The Veterans Affairs is seeking acupuncture care for veterans. What a wonderful opportunity for our health care system to move into the New Year.
In 1997, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) held an Acupuncture Consensus Conference to determine the viability of acupuncture. It has taken nearly 12 years for us to share this ancient and valuable treatment model with those suffering. Great Day!

Kool! Yes, the vow is a big help. I keep a copy of the Unity Declaration of Interdependence on my bulletin board in my home based, national headquarters.

It was a part of Unity's annual World Day of Prayer on Sesptember 11 and through the 21st.
Congratulations on your daughter's wedding. I understand that being the Father of the Bride carries alot of impact.

My son was married two years ago in NY City looking over the Statue of Liberty, and the City. I really enjoyed being there, meeting his in-laws, and seeing his Bride. Sara is a wonderful young woman. Also a lawyer, like my son.

Your prayers are welcome as my company has stepped out in faith by creating a small group of collaborating acupuncture clinics in San Diego to deliver the care needed by the VA. We await funding and award, possibly this week!

I took the vow. What a wonderful idea to have people join together from all over the world to remove violence from their thoughts, speech and actions.

I hope all is well for you.

I had a big event in my life this past weekend. My 24 year old daughter Lisa was married! It was a beautiful day here in Phoenix. The marriage was this past Sunday afternoon. The ceremony was outdoors. They released doves at the end of the ceremony. It was a fantastic day.

I will be praying for you. I hope that things turn out in the best possible way for you. Will you need to relocate? San Diego is a beautiful place. I have family there and visit qute often. Especially since it is only about 5 hrs away from Phoenix where I live.

I'm glad you enjoy my page. I've been thinking I need to do some updates.

How is your Deepak Chopra (sp?) book coming along? i'm reading A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle for the second time. I have found it very interesting but hard to grasp some times. My chuch has a study group I'm considering joining.

So far I am surving this crazy economy.

Even as an older person, just to watch them brings even more peace to my heart. Tehachapi in between the San Joaquin Valley and the Antelope Valley. It's kind of the big toe of the High Sierras. I live at an elevation of approximately 4500 feet and yes we had a beautiful white Christmas.
