Today as I was not in the most upbeat mood, I looked and saw a box on my dresser. Just a small brown box I got right after Christmas from my Dad. I needed a boost and encouragement to get through that moment. Through the past couple of days I have been practicing meditation in the peace of the early morning. My husband works nights, so the house is quiet and still. At one point in my life I was a practicing budhist, but I lost it somewhere along the way. the past three mornings have been so peaceful.
